However you move, there's nothing quite like a warm cozy meal and hot beverage after you've been outside in the cold for a while. Maple Ginger Mulled Apple Cider
Serves 4
Ingredients
32 oz unfiltered apple juice or cider
1/2 apple, sliced
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. mulling spices
3 star anise pods (if not included in mulling spice mix)
1 cinnamon stick
1 inch of fresh ginger, sliced
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a pot and bring the pot to a slow simmer over medium heat. Allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the flavor reaches your desired strength. Be careful when sampling the flavor, we don't want you to burn your tongue!
2. Strain out the spices, apple, and ginger slices. Divide between tumblers and garnish with fresh slices of apple and a cinnamon stick.

London Fog Tea
Serves 1
Ingredients
2 tsp Lavender Earl Grey tea leaves
6 oz. milk
1-2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
*If you cannot find Earl Grey with lavender, plain Earl Grey tea is fine. The lavender is just a nice extra flavor.
Directions
1. Place the Tea Infuser over a 16 oz tumbler and add the tea. Pour about 10 ounces of hot water over the tea leaves to cover the leaves. Allow it to steep for 3-5 minutes before removing the Tea Infuser.
2. Add the milk, honey, and vanilla extract to a small saucepan. Stir to combine and gently heat until very warm but not boiling.
3. Optional: use a milk frother to froth your milk and make it extra foamy as the milk warms!
4. Pour the warmed milk into the tea and enjoy!

Pumpkin Spiced Latte
Most of us don't have ready access to an espresso machine at home, so making homemade lattes requires a bit more TLC, but it is so worth it (and way more sustainable than buying a $5 drink every day if you're as addicted to lattes as we are). We highly recommend making friends with a barista so they can share all the tips and tricks with you (wink, wink).
Serves 2
Ingredients
5 Tbsp. ground coffee
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp. pumpkin butter
1 tsp. sugar
Directions
1. Add your favorite ground coffee to the French Press and fill halfway with boiling water. Stir, and insert the plunger halfway. This part is important! After four minutes, press the plunger down slowly.
2. While the coffee is brewing, add the milk, pumpkin butter and sugar to a small saucepan. Stir to combine and gently heat it until very warm, but do not let it boil.
3. Optional: use a milk frother to froth your warmed milk mixture.
4. Divide the coffee and milk mixture between two mugs and enjoy!
